Lorie was appointed CEO of Melbourne and Launceston Airport on July 1st 2022, after seven years as Chief of Aviation and Chief of Ground Transport, and was appointed as Board Chair for APAL in 2024.
With over 30 years in the industry, she’s known for her 'passenger first' approach. Originally from Canada, Lorie spent a decade at Virgin Australia, leading international and ground operations. She holds an Executive MBA from Bond University and is an Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) graduate.
Lorie actively contributes as a non-executive director of the Australian Airports Association, Airports Council International and Launceston Airport and is a proud member of Chief Executive Women and the Australian Institute of Directors.
